John Legend surpreende-me cada vez mais. Não bastava o menino cantar arrepiantemente bem, ter um charme irresistível e um sorriso maroto, descobri que escreveu e compôs esta música linda a propósito desta campanha nobre e tocante.

O vídeo foi criado a pensar numa história verídica de dois rapazes que morreram de frio ao voarem clandestinamente da Guiné para a Bélgica. Vale a pena conhecer um pouco melhor a campanha, o trabalho feito pelo cantor e a sua equipa, e a realidade da pobreza em África, que teimosamente insistimos em manter à distância das nossas vidas tranquilas.

Quanto à música, é das que não me vou cansar de ouvir, porque é simplesmente magnífica.
